Taking engagement research to the next level
The way in which we measure, understand and act on employee engagement issues is constantly evolving. Drawing on case studies and latest thinking, our engagement experts will provide an overview of the developments currently having the biggest impact on employee engagement research . This will include specific papers on:
- The new big issues to measure: as the culture, context and business challenges of organisations change so do the issues you need to measure. What are these key topics and how can you include them within your research to deliver maximum insight?
- Linking engagement to business outcomes: in these uncertain times, predicting where to invest resources is vital. Linkage modelling lets you focus on the areas from your survey that have the greatest impact on business performance, and ultimately offer the best return on investment. What are the key business measures that we could link to engagement?
- The importance of internal communication: communicating effectively with employees has always been central to engaging them with your organisation and their work. The way we communicate at work and in our social lives has changed beyond all recognition – how can engagement practitioners use new technology to further engage employees and keep control of their employer brand?
