Employee engagement
ORC International helps financial organisations to measure and act on employee engagement issues. With over 25 years experience in the field, we measure employee satisfaction, and identify strengths and improvement opportunities using our robust, intuitive model.
What we do
Using a range of approaches, we can demonstrate the relationship between employee engagement and organisational success.
Our engagement model
Our model defines an engaged employee as one who “says, stays and strives”.
- “Say” is about employee advocacy: speaking positively about the organisation, its products/services and as an employer
- “Stay” is about employee commitment: a desire to be part of the organisation and an alignment with the organisational goals
- “Strive” is about an employee’s discretionary effort: a desire to go above and beyond the call of duty to achieve success

Survey approaches
We design tailored employee engagement surveys that measure the employee experience in specific contexts. We draw on our extensive external benchmarking database, perspectives, to put survey results into context and use various tools and analysis techniques to provide detailed but practical insights which help our clients improve business performance.
