Listening to our staff

Internal communication is an integral part of ORC International’s culture. Company information is disseminated through regular company meetings, our intranet, and a quarterly staff newsletter. We have a very open culture where staff are able to provide suggestions and ideas to improve the workplace, and discuss and debate issues in small teams and larger groups.

We also undertake a comprehensive staff survey each year from which key action plans are developed for areas that need improvement. Through conducting employee engagement research for our clients, we know that the engagement level at ORC International has been above the UK average for the last four years – a result that we are proud of and are striving to maintain.
