Graduate recruitment

Our graduate recruitment programme is well established and successful. Some of our most talented and senior level employees started out in the graduate programme at ORC International. We value our graduates and their contribution to the company.

Dependent on the business sector you join, a bespoke training programme is devised consisting of structured training courses, provided both in-house and externally. If relevant for your job role, we provide sponsorship to complete the MRS Advanced certificate, and on-the-job coaching and mentoring from our respected managers and business leaders.

Although our graduate recruitment campaign typically starts in April with graduates joining in September of each year, we run a year-round recruitment programme and welcome applications at any point of the year.

We recruit graduates in the following sectors:

  • Employee engagement research in private and public sectors
  • Full service research in private and public sectors
  • IT
